It's pretty rare that I feel the need to give customer feedback for a good service, but this company deserved some special treatment! East London Removals did everything they said they would, approaching my moving issues with a professional attitude, and making sure I was happy with every part of their planning before they set to work. There were a few times when I was uncertain about this or that, but the people working on my move were always happy to answer my queries. Everything I needed moved turned up on time without a scratch. Great job!

EastLondonRemovals took the stress out of moving house for me. Even if I could pack the rest of my stuff in suitcases and boxes, there was no way I could carry my couch, fridge and other bulky items. Me and my roommate were stressing out but when we talked to the customer service at the company, they ensured us that they would take care it. Their movers were so nice and well trained in moving all the stuff that we were very impressed. We intend to use them when we move again!

I hired EastLondonRemovals to help me with my house move and I'm very pleased with the work that they did. I was very worried about my move but the staff were really good as reassuring me with their professionalism and friendliness. I knew straight away that this was a company that really knew what they were doing, and I wasn't disappointed on moving day. My house movers worked very well together and the heavy lifting and loading wasn't a problem at all. I can't lift anything thanks to a back injury, so I couldn't have moved without the help of this company!
